Payment is required to secure the booking and is deducted from your treatment *We require a minimum of 24 hours notice - BY TEXT - to the clinic mobile to reschedule or cancel the appointment. Within 24 hours the deposit is NON REFUNDABLE. This is the protect our business from no show client's. Our time is very precious too :-) Extenuating circumstances MAY be considered but can not be guaranteed.
