It's been a while since I did a blog... for many reasons..

I don't know about other bloggers but I have to have the right mental energy (as well as great researched content) for it to work for me..

I have been rather short on head space with all the forward planning and getting our NU-U SOUL treatments off the ground! I am so grateful that we have finally gotten this exciting chapter live and rolling. We have a new relaxing treatment room... and our INFRA RED SAUNA has been ordered.
